Implementation of Early Language, Literacy and Numeracy (ELLN) Program in Agdangan District, Schools Division of Quezon: Basis for Action Plan

Abstract

The research sought to ascertain the implementation of the Early Language, Literacy And Numeracy (ELLN) Program as the foundation for developing an Action Plan to enhance program implementation in Agdangan District, Schools Division of Quezon. It attempted to examine the degree of implementation as well as the problems faced in executing the ELLN Program in order to develop an action plan that would benefit both teachers and students. During the School Year 2021-2022, this study was done in all six elementary schools of Agdangan District, Agdangan, Quezon, with six elementary school heads and thirty-eight K to 3 or Kindergarten to Grade 3 teachers. Data was collected via self-created questionnaires, and the statistical technique utilized was Weighted Mean. Furthermore, the projects demonstrated that the Early Language, Literacy and Numeracy Program was fairly implemented in Agdangan District, Schools Division of Quezon. The data also revealed that program implementers encountered moderate difficulties. The study's findings also suggested that an action plan be developed, which the researcher performed.
