IMPLEMENTATION OF INNOVATIONAL PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOLOGIES IN PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES OF MILITARY TEACHERS

Abstract
The theoretical bases of pedagogical skill are considered, the conceptual approaches of constructing pedagogical technologies in professional activity of military teachers are grounded. The essence of the concept "pedagogical technology", "innovative pedagogical technologies" is revealed. Thus, the principles of innovative pedagogical technologies for the development of pedagogical skills of teachers of higher military educational institutions are described. At the organizational-activity stage, the main blocks of the development of pedagogical skills of teachers of higher military educational institutions are theoretically substantiated and isolated using innovative pedagogical technologies. The prospect-search phase of the technology provides the justification for improving the professional qualifications of military teachers through the introduction of information technology in the educational process.
