IMPLEMENTATION OF INNOVATIVE APPROACHES TO LEARNING WITH THE USE OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract
Development and introduction of the innovative approaches to learning for upgrading education, preparation of highly skilled specialists is one of most issues of the day, which stand before the system of modern education on a way to Euro integration. Today the major requirements of labor-market is a capacity of workers for system thought, innovative activity, ability to work out new suggestions and find them practical realization. In connection with it the role of higher educational establishments grows in preparation of highly skilled initiative specialists. For its implementation it is necessary to rethink the basic functions of the education system, taking into account, first, new requirements that are based on the logic of development of socio-economic relations, changes associated with the formation of the economy, and secondly, the implementation of a competent-oriented approach in the system of higher education, which predetermines the revision of the learning technologies content in accordance with the requirements of society, European standards, providing training experience for students at this stage. Support for innovative creativity of young people is becoming very relevant for the purpose of professional implementation and development of youth entrepreneurship based on the use of information and communication technologies. An effective means of implementing a competent approach, which ensures the transition of professional training of future specialists to a qualitatively new level, is the creation of production laboratories. Ukraine has significant prospects for the development of centers of innovative creativity based on FabLab. Therefore before the educational institutions is the task of obligatory opening of interuniversity scientific and technical laboratories, using electronics and robotics, which will be the basis of startups and business incubators, will allow young people to physically embody various ideas, take the first steps and believe in their strength. And expansion of the network of business-incubators and techno parks in the future will strengthen the layer of small and medium-sized businesses.
