Implementation of Innovative Foreign Teaching Methods in the Ukrainian School in the 1920s

Abstract
In the article, based on the Ukrainian periodicals of the 1920s, practical aspects of the implementation of foreign innovations are analyzed. It was shown that this period is characterized by active implementation of the Ukrainian school practices of various innovative foreign teaching methods. Positive and negative sides of particular innovations, as well as the conditions that are required for the successful implementation of borrowed innovations have been described in the article.
