IMPLEMENTATION OF INTERACTIVE METHODS OF STUDYING AT FOREIGN LANGUAGE LESSON AS IMPORTANT CONDITIONS OF FORMING THE PROFESSIONAL MOBILITY OF FUTURE ECONOMIC PROFESSIONALS

Abstract
The author deals with the problem of introducing the interactive teaching methods in the foreign language classes as an essential condition for the achievement the professional mobility by future specialists in economics. It was established that the use of interactive technologies in foreign language classes provides the development of professional thinking of students in the process of studying at a higher educational institution. A future specialist is able to succeed in the professional career only in conditions of competitiveness in the labor market. Thus, the system of professional higher education should be aimed at training a competent, highly skilled, professional mobile specialist. An important condition for this is the using of interactive technologies in foreign language classes. Interactive teaching methods such as professional business games, role-playing games, trainings that build on feedback from all group members are key to achieving understanding and developing student thinking and communicative skills during the learning process. In the process of training highly skilled professionals in a foreign language, teaching students to demonstrate the acquired theoretical knowledge in practice plays an important role. Therefore, during classes it is important to train future specialists to formulate them correctly, to encourage the development of specialist literature on professional orientation in a foreign language in order to acquire and improve knowledge of the economy. Interactive training methods develop the students’ ability to work in a team; formulation of own opinion; mastering a large amount of material in a short time; improve the ability to argue their views and thoughts on solving a particular problem and find an alternative solution to the tasks. Thus, the development of the individual communicative style of thinking takes place on the basis of reflexive analysis. Observance of such conditions for the teaching of a foreign language by future economists in a higher educational institution makes them better adapted to changing working conditions in future professional activities in any position.
