Abstract
Modern specialist must possess the communicative competence that will ensure his full functioning in society and self-realization in various spheres of life. Based on the analysis of researchers’ theoretical principles, the author presented an integrative structure of social and communicative competence of a manager, which includes motivational, cognitive, perceptual and interactive components. Tasks fulfillment for social and communicative competence development is impossible without use of modern educational technologies. The article presents the main interactive technologies in the formation of future managers’ social and communicative competence
