THE BASES OF FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL ETHICS OF FUTURE SOCIAL WORKERS IN UNIVERSITIES

Abstract
Forming of the new standards the system-forming factor of which is professional competence of a future specialist is inherent to the development of the modern higher education in Ukraine today. At the same time social work belongs to those rare types of professional activity where often not professional knowledge and skills but personal qualities of a specialist in many ways determine success and efficiency of work. The aim of the research is theoretical analysis of the question of the formation of bases of professional ethics of future social workers in universities in the modern scientific researches. The result of formation of professional ethics of future social workers is seen in readiness to productive independent and responsible actions, thanks to which a student has an opportunity to show his own knowledge, skills, abilities, moral culture which are shown in moral co-operation and activity, id est, the thing goes about reaching of the level of professional and ethic competence. The done analysis induces to forming of the conception of forming of professional ethics of future social workers in universities.
