THEORETICAL BASES OF APPLICATION OF INNOVATIVE PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOLOGIES IN VOCATIONAL TRAINING OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERS

Abstract
The theoretical foundations of the development and application of innovative pedagogical technologies in the vocational training of engineers for agricultural mechanization are clarified, the definition of the phenomenon as a purposeful organization of the educational process is clarified, the scientifically grounded project of a logically structured system of pedagogical interaction is reflected for guaranteed achievement of the planned results on the basis of algorithmic, system-consistent introduction into practice of original, innovator methods, methods of pedagogical actions and means. We treat innovative pedagogical technology as a purposeful organization of the educational process, which reflects the scientifically substantiated project of a logically structured system of pedagogical interaction for the guaranteed achievement of the planned results on the basis of algorithmic, systematic and sequential introduction into practice of original, innovative methods, methods of pedagogical actions and means covering integral learning process. For the purposeful formation of the professional competence of future mechanics of agriculture, it is necessary to implement technologies that have certain differences from the conventional technological schemes. When designing and selecting innovative pedagogical technology, it is suggested to take into account the following factors: goals, tasks of mastering the academic discipline (module, theme) character, sequence of mastering the disciplines of the educational program; level of methodological competence of the teacher; level of educational and cognitive activity of students; external conditions (temporary, production, economic, etc.); labor intensity of the educational process, ergonomic requirements; the degree of complexity of the content of technological training. It is pointed out that the effectiveness of innovative training should be determined not only at the stage of assessing the results of the implementation of the new technology, but also at the stages of its design and functioning.
