DYNAMICS OF VALUE-MOTIVATIONAL SPHERE IN THE JUVENILE AGE

Abstract
The article is devoted to analysis of value orientations and value-motivational conflict in the juvenile age. Considered their values in value-motivational regulation of behavior of students – high school students (16-17 years) and students – Masters (21-23 years) Identified differences in the awareness of the significance and accessibility of value orientations in these age groups. Statistically significant differences in the levels of dissociation of value-motivational sphere and features in pupils and students were not found. However, a group of students of Masters has a high internal locus of control. Determined that the period early adolescence is sensitive to the formation of the cognitive component of value orientations and a period of older adolescents – to the emotional component of value orientations.In older adolescence value orientation the cause of formation of motives and personal meaning. Internal conflicts lead to integration "self-conception" of value-motivational sphere governing the establishment of internal locus of control of students. Formulated psychological and pedagogical recommendations about A harmonization of valuemotivational sphere of personality in the juvenile age.
