Implementation of life values in psychotherapeutic practice

Abstract
The article discusses the notion of vital values, which makes it possible to see that values are what we want to be, and not what we want to have, because values play a huge role in human life. It is shown that the concept of vital values for a person is extremely important, since they have the property to organize human life. It is proved that understanding and awareness of own values leads to a happy and meaningful life of a person. The problem of integration of values in the psychotherapeutic process is investigated. The psychotherapeutic techniques, which help to identify vital values, are analyzed, and therefore they show the general desirable qualities that determine the way of life and human activity.
