Psychological and pedagogical characteristic of children with cognitive impairment

The general psychological and pedagogical characteristic of the children of children with cognitive impairment are discussed in the article. Such category of children, as children with cognitive impairment is detail disclosed in the article. On the features of attention, perception, memory, vocal development, brain and educational activity of this category of children is done the mail emphasis.
