IMPLEMENTATION OF RECOMMENDATIONS ADAPTED REHABILITATION OF PATIENTS WITH MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION COMPLICATED HEART FAILURE

Abstract
Application of the proposed rehabilitation activities has reduced the period of temporary disability in patients with group 2compared with 1 to 3,6 ± 0,8 days. The period of rehabilitation in patients with group 2 was more favorable, as evidenced by fewer episodes of ischemia (p less than 0.05) and their total duration (p less than 0.05). Implementation of the proposed method has both social and medical, and economic impact, as patients who had a low tolerance level of daily physical activity were to go on disability, can continue their professional activities. To optimize rehabilitation strategies requires further study.
