IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ANALYTIC HIERARCHY PROCESS FOR PRIORITIZING RISK FACTORS FOR CORPORATE MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS

Abstract
It’s considered the problems of creating an expert system for prioritizing risk in transactions of corporate mergers and acquisitions. Selected priority indicators for assessing the risk of corporate mergers and acquisitions and their weights are calculated. These quantitative estimates allow identifying the most important risk factors for the purpose of minimizing their priority.
