IMPLEMENTATION OF THE IDEOLOGICAL FUNCTION OF NATIONAL LAW OF UKRAINE IN THE INTERNATIONAL LEGAL CONTEXT

Abstract
The article deals with the peculiarities of the implementation of the ideological function of Ukrainian law in the international legal system. An analysis of international legal factors influencing the legal consolidation and implementation of the ideological function of contemporary Ukrainian law is underway. The forms of adaptation of the national, European and international legal systems in the ideological aspect are revealed. The thesis is substantiated that the main criterion for the implementation of the ideological function of the national legal system in the international legal context is a set of international legal acts related to the protection of human rights as fundamental, guaranteed by the Basic Law of Ukraine.
