LEGAL PROTECTION OF INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY OBJECTS IN THE SPHERE OF NATIONAL SECURITY

Abstract
This is especially considered to the measures of the state defense orders and state programs of development of armaments and military equipment. When performing research and development work and state programs, industrial property objects related to the sphere of national interests are created, the state is obliged to ensure their protection and their right to own these objects. Particular attention is paid to the outstanding inventions of Ukrainian inventors and the organization of creativity through competitive activities. Successful implementation of military policy without activating creative personality and inventiveness, which is directly related to the development of both higher and vocational education.
