PROSPECT FOR DESIGNATION OF PARTICULARLY SENSITIVE SEA AREAS IN HIGH SEAS

Abstract
In the article, the order and examples of designation of particularly sensitive sea areas are examined. The author provides the analyses of associative protective measures, which can be established in particularly sensitive sea areas and gives conclusion concerning prospects for applying these protective measures in high seas.
