IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROVISIONS OF THE GENERAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS IN THE CONSTITUTION OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article covers the historical conditions of acceptance. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, its significance for every person and humanity as a whole. It is emphasized that the General Declaration for years of existence has turned from a political declaration into a political and legal document, the majority of its provisions were specified and detailed in international legal acts in the field of human rights and constitutions of many countries of the world, including those implemented in the Constitution of Ukraine. At the same time, attention is drawn to the inconsistency of certain norms of the Constitution of Ukraine with the relevant provisions of the Universal Declaration and the need for its further scientific and theoretical rethinking.
