Implementation of the system managerial accounting at hotel and restaurant business enterprises

Abstract
In the article the method of setting the managerial accounting of the enterprises of hotel and restaurant business is considered. A feature of the introduction of the managerial accounting system is disclosed. It is proved that effective implementation and implementation of managerial accounting is impossible without financial responsibility centers. Generalization stages of the introduction of the managerial accounting system for enterprises of hotel and restaurant business.
