IMPLEMENTING BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY IN PUBLIC RELATIONS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of innovative information technology of blockchain, which is used in Ukraine as a pilot project in the field of registration of property rights for land plots, in the systems for conducting land auctions and trading in seized property. It analyzes it advantages and risks of using this technology in the field of public administration, as well as problems and prospects of legal regulation in this area.
