Implementing Earned Value Management in Immature Organizations

Abstract
In this paper we have reviewed especial features of immature Organizations and described an adapted framework for implementing Earned Value management. We seek to provide a simple process that enables organizations and mangers to utilize Earned Value management capabilities without need to have very perfect knowledge about seemly hard aspects of EVM technique. In addition we have suggested some piece of advices about better implementation of EVM in this space.
