IMPORTANCE OF THE FOREIGN LANGUAGE IN ENSURING OF THE RULE OF LAW

Abstract
The importance of the foreign language skills for practical implementation of the rule of law is highlighted. The consolidation of the rule of law in separate acts is discovered. It is noted that the role of the foreign language in realization of the rule of law lies in implementation of communication between the lawyers and giving them a possibility to realize their potential in cooperation with foreign partners, correct application of the international law and so on. It is concluded that in accordance with the recent trends of globalization and European integration, the real factor of the rule of law ensuring is knowledge of the foreign language, especially English.
