IMPORTANT PRECONDITIONS IN TRAINING ACTIVITIES

Abstract
Introduction. The material of the publication concerns the problem of management formation of a specialist's own pedagogical credo. Author's pedagogical credo along with skills, beliefs, willingness to act, habit make up high levels of professional competencies and worldview of the future teacher. Taking into account the guidelines set by the modern educational paradigm and the Law of Ukraine "On Higher Education", it would be expediently to develop a concept, methods and technologies of training that correspond to the world level of specialist straining with preservation of the national education system advantages. on the solution of which the current publication is oriented: the development of technology for the formation of its own pedagogical credo as a purposeful management of the professional development process of the future teachers at the level of contentactivity and activity-personal competencies and worldview. The purpose, the decision of which is focused on the current publication: the development of technology for the formation of its own pedagogical credo as a purposeful management of the process of professional formation of future teachers at the level of content-activity and operational-personal competencies and world outlook. Methods: the procedure for managing the process of forming the author's pedagogical creed of future teachers in simulated and real professional conditions, which is determined by a large-scale and deep monitoring of the transition from information-reproductive to search-creative learning schemes. Results: On the basis of international cooperation with higher educational institutions and scientific institutions, participation in international and all-Ukrainian scientific conferences, symposiums, exhibitions, we are ready to develop and submit to the educational market the following products of scientific activity: innovative methods and technologies for creating the author's pedagogical creed; adequate to the problem of specialist training: didactic materials and pedagogical tools, software products, electronic manuals, educational methodological and scientific literature, and the like.
