“IMPORTANT” VALUES OF BURHAN GÜNEL’S THE STORY OF “COLORS AND PATTERNS”

Abstract
In 1971, Burhan Günel, who took a step with the story titled "Like Dream” in addition Sanat-Edebiyat published by the Cumhuriyet newspaper in 1971, has signed many works for more than 40 years. Among the socialist realist authors of our literature, the artist draws attention with his fluent and clean use of Turkish, while in almost all of his works he tells the life struggle of the people in the streets. In this work, we tried to evaluate the subjects that he discussed in the story called “Colors and Patterns” in the book of the story called Terrace The issues discussed are deep issues that concern society in the broader framework and increasingly the whole humanity, or the world of our times, while causing the individual to shake in his or her particular world.
