The questionnarie form was conducted on 391 staff working in different departments of hospitality business enterprises. As a result of the research, it was found out that; they were not exposed to workplace bullying so often. However, they were subjected to overwork occasionally. In addition to this, regression analysis was run and as result; it was found out that there was a positive relationship between bullying with physical intimidation which is one of the sub-dimensions of workplace bullying and turnover intention. Lastly, this research found out that staff can leave the job in some certain situations such as threat of violence, attack to personal space and being yelled.
