IMPROVEMENT IF CRIMINAL LAW (STATUTES) AS THE FUNDAMENTAL BASIS FOR PREVENTING CRIMES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the complex issues related to the improvement of the existing penal laws. We consider the concept of “public danger” from the standpoint of criminal law and criminology, the requirements to be met by legal acts for their implementation was possible and a way to influence the settlement of social relations legislation on crime.
