STATE CONTROL FOR INFORMATION SECURITY CONTINUES IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the research and analysis of the competence and powers of state bodies of Ukraine in the field of information security. It is emphasized that in modern conditions, the priority role of ensuring the stable functioning of the information sphere belongs to the state. The author focuses on the need to improve the organizational and functional system, substantially optimize the structure of state bodies, clearly define and delimit their powers, establish effective interaction, coordinate the activities of all actors and monitor the implementation of the current legislation.
