Improvement of inter-budgetary relations and fiscal policy in countries with a federal structure

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the analysis of between budget relation and tax policy of some developed countries. The article sums up the experience of tax system formation in such developed countries as the USA, Canada, German Federative Republic, Australia, India, Russian Federation. The author gives some recommendations concerning improvement of between budget relations in conditions of federal state’s system.
