IMPROVEMENT OF MECHANISMS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF TASKS ADMINISTRATIVE-TERRITORIAL REFORM

Abstract
The article offers a list of measures to improve the mechanisms of regional reforms which will enable Ukraine to form a regional system of European governance. Local government should be guaranteed by law the right and the ability of residents of communities and local governments to decide local issues within the Constitution and laws of Ukraine.
