IMPROVEMENT OF METHODS MOTIVATION OF PERSONNEL

Abstract
The scientific approaches to the interpretation of the essence of the concept of "motivation" as a component of effective enterprise management are investigated in the article. The authors propose their definition of motivation and state the necessity of its interpretation taking into account the synergetic effect. The basic methods of motivation of labor are systematized and the author’s definition of the essence of the concept of "methods of labor motivation" is proposed. There are the recommendations of the rational combination of motivational methods in the practical activity of personnel management.
