Improvement of rational land use organization of middle and small cities

Abstract
For providing an effective land resources management of middle and small towns the necessity of productive forces development of region was grounded by forming of organizationally-economic mechanism of adjusting of land use of towns. It needs for forming of reserve territory, stimulation of land market development for entrepreneurial activity of investors, increase of land-tax rate, using excessive areas of plots of lands, adjusting of right on plot of land by acquisitive prescription
