Improvement of the mechanism of management of financial resources of the enterprise

Abstract
The article discusses the conceptual foundations of financial management of the company, studied stage management of financial resources The importance of a systematic method to the financial management of the company. On the way to stabilize the socio–economic situation in Ukraine in the market environment one of the most basic and most important conditions appears achieve effective functioning of enterprises. The emergence of the economic crisis is directly proportional due to reduced domestic production and increase profitability of domestic enterprises leading to the improvement of general economic conditions as a whole in the country. One reason for the crisis many Ukrainian companies is not the availability of an effective system of financial management – the most important factor for economic growth and enterprise development.
