Improvement of the model of attracting foreign workers in the Republic of Kazakhstan

Abstract
The article considers the problem of a shortage of skilled labor in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The characteristic features of each sector of the economy into which foreign labor is attracted are analyzed. The necessity of attracting foreign labor force at the moment into the labor market of Kazakhstan has been identified and justified. Based on the study, an improved model for attracting foreign labour in the Republic of Kazakhstan is proposed.
