IMPROVEMENT OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL MECHANISM OF COMBATING ILLEGAL MOVEMENT OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS ACROSS THE CUSTOMS BORDER OF UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article we grounded the need of improving of the system of preventing the illegal transmission of tobacco products through the customs border of Ukraine. Indicated the place and significance of the organizational mechanism in the mentioned system. Determined the main blocks of measures of the illicit transmission of tobacco products. Proposed measures of the organizational support of the mechanism of prevention and counteraction to the illegal movement of the tobacco products through the customs border of Ukraine.
