TEMPORARY ORGANIZATION OF ACTIVITY OF STATE EMPLOYEES

Abstract
The essence of concept «time management» is considered, modern mechanisms of improvement of the hour organization of professional work of public employees, in particular intellectual engineering, related to the analysis, planning and knowledge management are analyzed. The application of time management technology in the activity of a civil servant is considered. The urgency of introducing the most effective management approaches and approaches to the sphere of state and municipal management is disclosed.
