IMPROVEMENT OF THE PRODUCTION ORGANIZATION IN TERMS OF INNOVATIVE ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
The current system of economic relations requires a radical change in content and form of organization of production management of enterprises based on economic criteria and mechanisms typical in a market economy. The efficiency of the production processes of the enterprise is a source of competitiveness and efficiency of industrial enterprises. The impact of production development processes on organization’s decision-making processes have gradually expanded. First it relied only on labor processes and today it includes also industrial processes. Organization of production interacts with other elements of production management, that’s why the introduction of any innovation must be accompanied by changes in the company’s management system. The aims of this paper are: to analyze the existing system of production; to study its components and to identify areas of its improvement basing on innovative development. The production processes improvement in the company includes the optimization of all its components, product conformity to technical regulations, quality standards and the objectives ensurement, the optimal correlation between performance and expenditures for obtaining it. In this article the algorithm of forming the program of improving production organization in terms of innovative development is proposed. It includes data analysis and evaluation of production processes functions and patterns that will make qualitative changes in the organization of enterprises’ production and form an production organization, which will be effective for a particular production. This algorithm can be used in the formation of production processes either by small businesses or by large industrial enterprises.
