Improving approaches to managing economic security of industrial enterprises by improving the quality of recruitment and staff development

Abstract

This article is devoted to improvement of theoretical and methodological approaches to improve the management of economic security of industrial enterprises by improving the quality of recruitment and staff development. It was determined that, depending on market conditions and the state of economic development of industrial enterprise in its management there is a range of methods to influence the management staff to achieve stable economic security. Approaches to improving business management in view of the importance of recruiting in the formation of management personnel security. Theoretical approaches to the definition of "recruitment of staff" and "staff development" on the basis of which states that the quality and optimally formed using a managed recruitment and staff, potentially ready for development and growth is the basis for the formation of economic security.
