Abstract
Quality and Quality Management are concepts that have known a remarkable development starting with the Eighties. Nowadays, almost every field of activity also approaches quality and quality management. This is why we feel that the methods and procedures used for the constant improving of quality raise a growing interest among specialists, whereas the models and methods for implementing the quality and the quality management in economic domains such as tourism, an important branch of every national economy, represent an opportunity for reflection for any manager interested in the field of tourism.
