Improving formular calculation of financial standards of budget sufficiency

Abstract
The article deals with the problematic issues related to the calculation of the financial standards of budget sufficiency and satisfaction is guaranteed by the state level of financial security objectives and functions performed by local authorities. Established shortcomings in the procedure for determining the financial standards of budget sufficiency. It is proposed to take into account the investment component in the formula calculating the financial standards of budget sufficiency.
