IMPROVING THE CONSTITUTIONAL AND LEGAL REGULATION OF THE FAMILY RELATIONS SUBJECTS WITH THE AIM OF PROVIDING A SOCIAL DIALOGUE AND ACCUMULATED LIVING LEVEL

Abstract
The article reveals the features of improving the constitutional and legal regulation of marriage and family in order to ensure social dialogue and an adequate standard of living. The theoretical significance and positive practice of using social dialogue is determined, which coordinates interests between subjects of constitutional legal relations – man and citizen (trade-union side), public authorities (executive bodies), public organizations (associations of employers’ organizations).
