INFORMATIONAL AND LEGAL ACTIVITIES OF THE STATE BORDER GUARD SERVICE OF UKRAINE: LEGAL AND REGULATORY ASPECTS

Abstract
The article deals with the analysis of the legal and regulatory framework of informational and legal activities of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. It has been determined that such is regulated by the Constitution of Ukraine, a group of general (basic), special and program normative legal acts. Such activity develops on the basis of emerging threats and needs in the sphere of protection of the state border.
