IMPROVING THE EDUCATION SYSTEM AS A KEY DIRECTORY TO INCREASE COMPETITIVENESS OF THE ENTERPRISE PERSONNEL

Abstract
The article substantiates the necessity of improving the education system as a key direction in increasing the competitiveness of the company's staff. The reasons of imbalance between training of specialists and their demand in the labor market are revealed. The problems, directions and threats of improvement of the education system in the context of the National strategy of development of education in Ukraine till 2021 are characterized.
