IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION FOR ACADEMIES TREATED AS LEARNING ORGANIZATIONS IN THE CONTEXT OF NATIONAL QUALIFICATION FRAMEWORK REQUIREMENTS

Abstract
The requirements of National Qualification Framework oblige academies to cooperate more closely with its environment in the area of creating teaching programmes (including knowledge, competencies and skills that should be gained by students during their education). This cooperation may have an influence on learning process of the academy. Closer contact with employers and various institutions, necessity of organising internships for students, more opportunities to hire practitioners, engaging students to participate in creation of teaching programmes - all of these create new possibilities and build new, closer relations. The article emphasizes that this cooperation has a positive influence on learning processes of academies (including improvement of education quality).
