Improving the socio-economic assessment of the effectiveness of housing on the design stage

Abstract
The problems of growing social and economic benefits, of property by taking into account the variability, in the design to consumer qualities over time. A number, of measures to increase housing reconstruction. To improve the socio-economic effects of housing is proposed to radically change the approach to the design and evaluation of the social and economic efficiency of housing, and it is proposed to take into account the costs of future capital repairs and reconstruction, as well as losses associated with them.
