IMPROVING THE SYSTEM OF FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF MANAGERS OF PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORTS

Abstract
The general condition concerning formation of professional competence of future managers of physical culture and sports is analyzed. Using the survey method, shortcomings were found in the system of data preparation of specialists. It has been determined that the multi-level system of training and retraining of managers of physical culture and sports will provide an opportunity to ensure the consistent acquisition of education and qualifications of these specialists. On the basis of the conducted analysis it is grounded that in professiograms, psychograms, competence maps, qualification card it is important to prescribe the desirable list of qualities necessary for the manager of physical culture and sports for performance of future professional duties. It has been established that the main goal of the training of sports managers requires both the mastering of knowledge and the education of the personality of a professional with the creative composition of the mind. Recommendations on improvement of training and retraining of managers of physical culture and sports are offered.
