IN THE BEGINNING WAS THE WORD: WORD AS A NUCLEUS LEXEME OF THE NOMINATIVE FIELD OF WORD CONCEPT

Abstract
The article deals with investigation of the English language verbalized concept WORD.There has been singled out the nomenclature of language units which compile the nucleus zone of the nominal field of the concept in question. Etymological and definitive analysis of the corresponding units offered material for further linguocognitive research of the semantic propositions, which in their totality comprise semantic foundation of the WORD concept’s nucleus.
