Abstract
The epics are histories seen through the eyes of the public, heard by the public spirit and become a tale in the public dream. One of the most well-known and known epics of Turkish literature is the epic of Battal Gazi, too. The copies of the epic of Battal Gazi which were transferred into the writing in Anatolia were also reached to the Central Asian Turks and so the new texts of the epic in different dialects of Turkish were formed.
