Increase of Budget Incomes by Decreasing the Degree of Taxation
Journal Title: Revista Romana de Statistica - Year 2012, Vol 60, Issue 4
Abstract
In the present conception, the state budget will further ensure the achievement of major economic and social objectives. We consider that the state budget must play an increasingly important role in stabilizing the economy, in parallel to its role of main instrument for income re-distribution. In conditions in which commercial companies, enterprises and institutions, and economic agents, are freed by the costs of some social functions, the state will have to support the removal of such functions from the budget and privatization in fields of budgetary concern.
