Increase of functionality of political institutes as a condition of political co-operation in society

Abstract
This article is examined political relations epochs of postmodern, that are characterized by the further increase of quantity of subjects of social interaction and complication of calls of external and internal environment, that strengthen a role and value of institutes in determination of functional parameters of societies. It is shown the deepening and understanding of crisis in functioning of political institutes of the modern states in the East-European region.
