Increasing employment in agriculture

Abstract
The article examines the nature of employment in rural areas and the tendencies of employment in agriculture as well as trends of increasing employment due to increased labor behavior of the population. The main social-economic problems of the Ukrainian village occupies an important place of labor resources. The economic crisis is largely dependent on the provision of farm labor resources and their effective use. At the present stage of development of enterprises of agrarian sphere new demands on the performance and efficient development of industrial relations is pleased. Formation of rational employment in agriculture, the introduction of an effective motivation mechanism labor farms can solve socioeconomic problems of rural employment and improve the performance of the villagers. It is necessary to create such economic and legal environment that would encourage practical implementation of a comprehensive strategy formation rural employment and industrial relations and rural development, on the one hand and operation of highly efficient agricultural production – with another
