INCREASING THE EFFICIENCY OF STATE REGULATION OF LABOR POTENTIAL IN THE CONDITIONS OF GLOBALIZATION

Abstract
The article investigates the increase in the efficiency of state regulation of labour potential in the conditions of globalization. The main factors influencing the formation and use of labour potential are revealed. The methodical approaches to the estimation of labour potential are highlighted. Particular attention is paid to the impact of migration and emigration processes in the conditions of globalization on the quantitative and qualitative composition of Ukraine’s labour potential. Measures to increase the efficiency of state regulation of labour potential in the conditions of globalization are proposed.
